Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These policies describe this website’s enquiry and subscription workflows. For an institutional service, the written quotation and agreement define the specific scope.
Information you choose to share
We collect the contact and institution details you submit when requesting a demo or quotation, including your name, email, phone, preferences and requirements. Newsletter forms collect your email, language and exam preferences, optional name and optional WhatsApp number.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare samples or quotations and manage the requested relationship. Newsletter subscriptions require email confirmation before educational digests are sent. Enquiry consent does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Branding previews and browser storage
Logos selected in the branding studio remain in browser memory and are not uploaded by the preview feature. If you request branded samples, the form includes your text preferences and accent colour. We remember your language using local storage and a preference cookie. Custom quote selections use session storage. Admin sessions use a secure, HTTP-only cookie in production.
Service providers and security
Configured hosting, database, email and anti-spam providers process information as needed to operate this service. These may include AWS and Cloudflare. Access to enquiry and subscriber records is restricted to authorized administrators. We do not sell your personal information. No system can promise absolute security.
Retention, choice and requests
We retain enquiry information while needed to handle your request and legitimate business records. Unsubscribe from digests using the link provided in each message. Contact gai3eduserv@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required to meet legal obligations.
Young learners
The direct newsletter signup is intended for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to contact us before sharing personal information. Institutions should not include student records or sensitive personal information in public enquiry forms.
